Hadhrat Shiekh-ul Hadith Mufti Nazir Ahmad Qasmi (db) is the HEAD Mufti of Darul Uloom Raheemiyah Bandipora. He is the one of the GREATEST elders who is such learned and practicing and with that “Turbulent Heart full of Pain for Ummah” makes you remember those Great personalities that history has learned about.
Anyhow He normally Heads anything that is related to IFTAH. He is Very much Conversant in English,Science,Economics,all most all Modern day Masa’il etc and is Known as an Authority on IFTAH.
